In the last few years I have set out to find a word...an intention for that year. I do this by coming up with a word that creates so much joy within myself that I can hardly contain myself. This year has taken some time to come up with this word...but today it came to me after doing a 70 minute Yin Yoga set in my studio at home...there is no doubt in my mind that this is the year of PASSION..TO BE PASSIONATE.
I do realize that this is a very strong emotion..a very intense emotion indeed. But there is no doubt in my mind that 2012 will be a very strong year for me...I have some very strong goals that I wish to accomplish in 2012 and it will take a lot of passion to get me to where I wish to be.
